Huber Products

Huber DB – One-Sided Loading and Unloading
Huber DS-D – Pass-Through Design
Huber DS-S – Pass-Through Design & Sterilizer

Features

  • Ideal combination of washer and drying system for the treatment of pharmaceutical and technical rubber and plastic articles offering maximum flexibility
  • Optimum cleaning of highly contaminated articles
  • Easy loading and ergonomical unloading under laminar flow
  • No mechanically moved parts in the process and thus no abrasion but strong turbulence due to HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING and separation of stoppers in the washing process
  • Drum shaft seal with FDA certified mechanical seal
  • Precise siliconization using silicone oil and silicone emulsion
  • Optimum temperatures during process steps
  • Efficient drying in a sterile HEPA airstream (vacuum option) while water drops from deep holes are removed immediately as stoppers are shifted periodically (patent), thus ensuring a constantly low level of residual moisture (e.g. 0.019% LOD)
  • Anti-pyrogenic pipes and valves
  • Anti-pyrogenic “mirror gloss” surfaces of interior drum
  • Freely programmable control system
  • Machines made to comply with GMP, WHO and FDA standards and YOUR wishes and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001
  • Extremely cost-effective thanks to low per-batch water consumption and almost no compressed air consumption

Pass-Through Principle

As the DS-D machines are installed in a partition wall, the loading side is strictly separated from the unloading side. The machine itself and all its units are positioned on the “dirty” (loading) side. Thus it is ensured that the articles washed are not contaminated in the unloading process.

Additional Features of Huber DS-S:

  • Unloading on the sterile side, even into containers for direct transport to the sealing machine, or with RABS technology
  • Optimum temperatures during the process steps and constant temperature at all times during sterilization thanks to the patented steam inflow and distribution system

High-Pressure Cleaning

Our patented cleaning process guarantees the shear force desired for removing pyrogens from the stoppers. It also ensures that the stoppers are separated and particles rinsed off during treatment. This reproducible process offers validatable results.
